Hello everyone!

First of all I want to say thank you for following my blog and helping me within my journey! I really appreciate your support with all that I am doing!
Second of all I want to say that congratulate you within your either natural journey with me to become your natural self!, or if your just interested or doing research, you have come to the right place!
and lastly I came today to just let you all know a couple of things. I posted a new video on youtube.com last night. I just got a new camera and it work great!..Check out Microsoft Live Cam VX 3000 it is a great camera! Because of theirs camera I have made new and improve videos!
They might not look that new and improve to some people because people all over youtube are doing these types of videos. But I've never be able to do them cause I really just didn't' know how. But I can now so look out everyone!!!..LOL!!

Lastly, I wanted to say a couple of things about the new video that I posted last night. This video is just about how my yarn braids are looking now after 2 months and a new shampoo that I just added to my regimen. My yarn braids are still intact and great looking. I have a lot of new growth which tell me that my regimen is working because I'm looking for a lot of growth. But because I used black yarn, and The braids look like locks the new growth isn't noticeable at all! and that is great in it's self. I recommended this protective style to anyone looking for one. And I have a video showing you how to do this if you don't know how to do it. The new shampoo that I have found is called "Vatika" it's made by dabur. It is a conditioning shampoo with henna cream, and enriched with henna, shikakai, and green almonds. This shampoo is wonderful!! you wont even need a conditioner it's so great. My hair is naturally really really dry but this helps a lot!!..I recommend this product to all. I do want to let everyone know that this shampoo isn't completely natural but it works!..If you are a natural head and want everything natural like me, or as much as possible I do have an all natural shampoo and conditioner that works well from trader Joe's also in my videos as well.

Day 1 Friday April 30

My story is simple. I went natural before and was natural for about 3 years. The way that I did it was ALL wrong and my results were not what I expected. So after that I returned to the relaxers. So about a month ago I decided to go natural again, THE RIGHT WAY! So I've done all my research and prepared myself for the run again!

This is my challenge...

My challenge is to push my hair to grow the correct way. My ultimate goal is for my hair to get to bra strap length before 5 years. But I'm gonna have little pre-goals before that one can be completed.

My first goal is to get all of my relaxed hair to break off(since I don't do the big chop) within 2 months from today.
The big chop is when people going natural gets tired of the two completely different hair textures and cut off most of there hair. They cut were the relaxed and the natural hair meet because this is the weakest point on your shaft during this process.

I will record my process and what happens different everyday!
